Business sector demands implementation of e-government and communication in all institutions

Business sector demands unifying of all institutions in Serbia that are necessary for granting of various permits and issuing various documents into a single network.

The bureaucracy is too complicated and the institutions have become too bloated, their competencies mixed and unclear. For years the employees in some local self-governments, ministries, departments, agencies etc. were hired due to political, not economic reasons, leaving workforce surplus, lack of organization and make business operations more difficult. It is necessary to introduce principles of management in public sector, local self-governments, public administration and public enterprises.
